My Professional Journey
This page offers a deeper look into the training, education, and hands-on experience that shape my work as a Holistic Intimacy & Relationship Coach.
My approach has grown through a mix of formal study, professional coaching training, embodied learning, and real-world experience in spaces centered around consent, communication, intimacy, and relational exploration. Some parts of this path are core qualifications, while others are formative experiences that continue to inform how I work today.
Current Journey
-
Alongside my private practice, I work as an Intake & Matching Coach at Meerdanseks. This role deepens my experience in listening carefully to people’s needs, understanding relational and intimate dynamics, and helping create thoughtful, well-matched support pathways. It continues to inform the care, nuance, and discernment I bring into my coaching.
-
I am part of the crew at House of Play in Copenhagen, where I contribute to communication and marketing, support workshops, and help co-create spaces for exploration around consent, embodiment, sensuality, kink, and connection. I also facilitate selected events.
This ongoing work continues to deepen my understanding of space-holding, communication, consent, and relational exploration in lived practice.
-
I completed the Jade Egg Specialisation Major within Layla Martin’s VITA™ coaching framework and am certified as a VITA™ Jade Egg Coach. This training deepened my ability to guide vulva-owners in embodied practices related to pelvic awareness, pleasure, sensitivity, and body-based reconnection.
-
Through this advanced training within the VITA™ framework, I deepened my specialization in couples work, intimacy, relational patterns, and the kinds of support that help people move toward more conscious, connected, and honest relationships. It strengthened the tools I bring to couples around communication, repair, growth, and intimacy.
-
I completed the one-year VITA™ Core Coaching Method, an intensive live training in love, intimacy, and relationship coaching. This program gave me a foundational framework that integrates coaching, trauma sensitivity, body awareness, breathwork, and relational healing in a holistic approach.
-
My master’s degree deepened my understanding of communication, cognition, social interaction, and the psychological processes that shape how we relate to one another. This academic background continues to support the reflective and communication-based aspects of my coaching work.
-
My bachelor’s degree focused on health promotion, prevention, and coaching people toward healthier patterns and more sustainable wellbeing. It gave me an early professional foundation in supporting change, understanding health behavior, and working with people in a holistic way.

Past Experiences & Certifications
Additional formative experience
-
Alongside my ongoing role at House of Play, I have supported and participated in a range of workshop and event spaces centered around consent, intimacy, conscious kink, embodiment, and relational exploration. This has included hosting and assisting in containers such as UNLEASH – Introduction to Conscious Kink, as well as participating in workshops on intimacy, consent, attachment, somatics, and rope-based practices. These experiences continue to deepen my understanding of pacing, communication, nervous system awareness, and safer exploration in intimate spaces.
-
As an assistant in this retreat space, I supported a container focused on trust, surrender, relational exploration, and embodied awareness. This experience contributed to my understanding of space-holding, nervous system sensitivity, and the kinds of support people may need when entering vulnerable or exploratory territory.
-
This retreat was part of my embodied learning around trust, connection, surrender, and relational dynamics in tantric and rope-based spaces. It contributed to my ongoing understanding of vulnerability, polarity, and the emotional layers that can arise in intimate exploration.
-
This workshop introduced gentle, regulating body-based techniques that support relaxation, nervous system awareness, and a stronger connection between body and felt experience. It remains one of the body-oriented influences that informs my sensitivity to pacing, regulation, and embodied presence.
-
This retreat supported my development around boundaries, desire, emotional presence, consent, and self-connection. Through practices involving movement, silence, expression, and body-based work, it contributed to the relational and embodied lens I carry into my work today.
-
This period of personal development helped me work more consciously with my own inner process, trauma material, and self-awareness. I see this as part of the inner foundation that supports me in meeting others with more depth, honesty, and humility in my coaching.
-
This retreat was a meaningful part of my personal and professional development. It gave me direct experience of how stored tension, emotional pain, and embodied protection can shape intimacy and pleasure.
