Intimacy Coaching

Reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your intimate life

For people who want a deeper, safer, more connected relationship with intimacy, desire, and themselves.

Maybe you don’t fully know what you want.
Maybe intimacy feels confusing, loaded, or hard to talk about.
Maybe you long for more desire, more pleasure, more clarity, or more aliveness – but something in you shuts down, goes numb, or loses connection.

This work is for people who want to move beyond only talking about their patterns and begin listening to the body too.

Through a blend of grounded coaching, somatic practices, and honest reflection, I support you in reconnecting with yourself – so intimacy can feel safer, clearer, and more alive.

This may be for you if…

  • You feel disconnected from your body.

  • Your yes, no, or maybe feels unclear.

  • Intimacy feels loaded, confusing, or hard to talk about.

  • Boundaries are difficult to feel or express.

  • You lose yourself in love or relationships.

  • You feel numb, shut down, or far away from yourself.

  • You long for more desire, pleasure, and clarity.

  • You want to include the body in the healing, not only the mind.

In this free call, we’ll explore what’s going on and whether this feels like the right fit – no pressure, just a first conversation.

Intimacy is about more than sex

When we hear the word intimacy, we often think first of the physical. But intimacy is wider than that.

It can also include emotional intimacy, intellectual intimacy, spiritual intimacy, and the relationship you have with yourself.

At the heart of this work is the belief that intimacy begins within. The more connected you are to your body, your feelings, your boundaries, and your desires, the more possible it becomes to experience connection with others in a way that feels honest, safe, and alive.

What we can work with in intimacy coaching

Together, we may work with:

  • Body disconnection or numbness

  • Difficulty knowing what you want

  • Unclear or hard-to-communicate boundaries

  • Low desire or feeling shut down in intimacy

  • Shame, tension, or inner conflict around pleasure

  • Losing yourself in love or relationships

  • Reconnecting with your needs, truth, and sense of self

This is a space where all of you is welcome – the confusion, the longing, the tenderness, the fear, and the parts of you that may still be hard to name.

My approach

My work is desire-based, body-aware, and grounded in both conversation and somatic practice.

That means we do not only focus on what feels difficult or stuck. We also listen for what you want. What you long for. What wants to come more alive.

Most sessions begin by slowing down and landing in the body through breath, meditation, or gentle awareness. From there, we work with what is present.

Depending on your needs, our sessions may include reflective coaching, body-based practices, emotional exploration, boundary work, and personalised exercises to support more safety, clarity, desire, and self-trust.

Some clients need more space to talk. Others are ready to go deeper into body-based work. Most sessions are a blend of both.

My approach is warm, grounded, trauma-aware, consent-based, and tailored to the person in front of me.

I am not here to fix you.
I am here to help you come back into relationship with yourself.

What can shift through this work

Over time, this work can support you to:

  • Feel more at home in your body

  • Recognise your needs, boundaries, and desires more clearly

  • Stop abandoning yourself in intimacy or relationships

  • Feel safer with closeness, honesty, and self-expression

  • Reconnect with pleasure, aliveness, and self-trust

  • Understand your patterns with more compassion

  • Build a more grounded, loving relationship with yourself

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is a deeper connection with yourself – one that allows more truth, more choice, and more life to move through you.

Ways to work with me

I offer two ways to begin:

Embodied Intimacy Journey

My main offer is a 3-month coaching container for people who want steady support, deeper exploration, and space for real change.

This includes:

  • 3 months of coaching

  • 9 sessions total (3 weeks on, 1 week off)

  • Sessions of 75–90 minutes

  • Between-session support via WhatsApp or email

  • A blend of conversation, somatic tools, and personalised practices

This is the best fit if you want to go deeper and create lasting shifts in your relationship with your body, boundaries, desire, and intimacy.

Single Session

A one-off session is also possible if you want support around one specific theme, want to get a feel for my approach first, or are not ready to commit to a longer container yet.

This can be a good place to begin if you want clarity, support, and a grounded first step.

Sessions are held mostly online, so you can do this work from the comfort and privacy of your own home. In-person sessions may also be possible in some cases.

Is this the right fit?

This container is a good fit if you are ready to explore yourself with honesty, curiosity, and care – and if you feel drawn to working with both your inner world and your body.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You only need a willingness to listen, explore, and meet yourself more deeply.

Kind words from clients

    — Charlotta

  • “Anke created such a safe container for me to explore my feelings, circumstances, and truth. I feel my own power and the connection to my deepest self within me again.”

    — N.

  • “Anke provided a safe, warm and open space where I could completely be myself. The sessions were nurturing, empowering, and exactly what I needed at the time.”

    — Amy

A gentle note

This work is coaching and body-based support, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

My approach is trauma-aware and consent-based, and I can gently support people whose past still affects intimacy, boundaries, or body connection.

If I sense that another kind of support would serve you better, I will always let you know with care and, where possible, point you in the right direction.
