AWAKENING PLEASURE: G-Spot Exploration

  • House of Play Shetlandsgade 3, 1st Floor København, 2300 Denmark (map)

Awakening Pleasure returns in autumn 2026 with two themes that were fully sold out last time: Clitoral Awareness & G-Spot Exploration.

Welcome to Awakening Pleasure

Many of us move through life so quickly that slowing down can feel strange or even uncomfortable. In this series, we take a different pace – the pace of the body. Together we explore one area of the vulva at a time, with guided exercises that help you listen inwardly, notice subtle sensations, and invite you to reconnect with your own pleasure.

These gatherings are quiet, introspective, and slow; not performative or goal-oriented.

Across two autumn evenings, we’ll gently meet areas of tension, numbness, or overwhelm; get curious about what your body is communicating; and rebuild trust with your own rhythms. Each session stands alone, and you’re welcome to join one or both.

  • AWAKENING PLEASURE: Clitoral Awareness – 26/Oct

  • AWAKENING PLEASURE: G-Spot Exploration – 23/Nov

G-Spot Exploration

For some, the G-spot is a place of confusion – a space that brings up an “I need to pee” feeling, or a spot that’s only ever talked about in relation to squirting or “mind-blowing orgasms.” For others, it’s still a total mystery. Some of us might even have heard stories that G-spot orgasms are somehow “better” or “more mature” than clitoral orgasms, which can create even more pressure and comparison.

This session is an invitation to meet the G-spot, also known as the urethral sponge, in a much slower, kinder way. Whether your desire is to one day explore ejaculation, to feel something other than numbness, or simply to get to know a new landscape of your body, you are welcome here.

This is not about performing, achieving a specific orgasm, or “finally learning to squirt.” It’s an invitation to meet a part of your body you might not usually give your full attention to. We go at your pace, honouring your boundaries and your nervous system.

PRACTICALITIES

WHAT TO EXPECT

The evening follows a guided structure, with space to land in the body, connect with the room, and move step by step through the practice. You will be guided to stay with your own body throughout the evening.

Throughout the workshop, there is room for your own pace, your body’s wisdom, and the uniqueness of your experience.

You’ll be guided through consent, communication, and gentle self-touch practices in a supportive group setting. We will specifically use a technique called soft self-de-armouring. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform.

You may experience tenderness, emotion, awkwardness, relief, pleasure, numbness, or very subtle sensation. You are always welcome to pause, adapt the practice, or choose what feels right for you.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This Is for You If…

  • You are a vulva owner curious about G-spot exploration and internal de-armouring.

  • You feel open to exploring intimacy through slowness, consent, communication, and subtle sensation in a group setting.

  • You’re open to staying present even if nothing intense or dramatic happens

This Is Not for You If…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or guaranteed results.

  • You’re coming with the expectation of learning how to squirt or achieve a specific kind of orgasm.

  • You feel unable to stay present if things feel too slow or too subtle.

  • You’re not ready for a longer, ongoing relationship with your own body and boundaries.

No experience in de-armouring required.

Health & Safety – Participation is not suitable if you are pregnant, have active infections or outbreaks, severe unresolved psychological trauma, psychosis, or serious physical illness. When in doubt, reach out.

DRESS CODE

  • Wear something comfortable that makes you feel safe and/or sensual.

  • If you’d prefer extra coverage, a dress or skirt that allows easy access without exposing too much is recommended.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Body‑friendly oil or lube to enhance your experience.

  • Water bottle with lid.

  • Towels or blankets (e.g., sheep skin, sarong, fleece blanket, yoga mat) to create your intentional, cozy space to lay on. You might want to bring an extra blanket to cover yourself with if you wish to be (partially) naked.

  • Feel free to bring a journal & pen.

  • Optional: Blindfold for deeper inward focus.

  • Optional: Glass wand or dildo to support precise internal mapping and de-armouring.
If you already have one, you’re welcome to bring it along.
If you’d like recommendations for body-safe options, you can contact Anke.
