Choosing the right Yoni Egg size is a personal decision, and we encourage you to trust your intuition when making this choice. However, we understand that it can sometimes be tricky, especially when you're new to this practice, so I’d be happy to offer some guidance.
General Guidelines for Choosing the Right Size:
Medium (M) – This is the most commonly chosen size and works well for most people. It offers a balanced weight and grip, making it an ideal option for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Large (L) – If you’ve given birth vaginally or are menopausal and haven’t worked with your pelvic floor afterwards, you may find that the larger size offers more support and engagement. It has more surface area, making it easier for your muscles to grip and work with. However, it is slightly heavier, so it may not stay in for as long without support.
HOW TO DECIDE?
To help you decide, consider your pelvic floor strength. If your pelvic muscles have weakened over time or after childbirth, the Large egg could offer more support. If you feel confident in your pelvic strength and want a challenge from the start, the Medium egg might be a great fit.If you're unsure, many practitioners prefer to use both sizes over time: starting with a Large egg to build strength, then transitioning to a Medium egg for more dexterity.
