Do I have to use string with the egg?

In the beginning, when you're getting familiar with the Jade Egg, it’s recommended to use the string for easy removal. However, as you become more comfortable with the practice and confident in your ability to remove the egg yourself, stringing the egg is no longer necessary.

You can simply relax and let the egg come out naturally, or use your fingers to remove it. Some people like to wear the egg for a little while, letting it come out on its own, which is also an option!
